11. Shipping and Distribution Domestic Deliveries:

In Denmark, products are shipped via PostNord within 1–2 working days after your order, with an estimated delivery time of 3 working days. International Deliveries: For the rest of Europe, we dispatch orders within 1–3 working days using international couriers. Once packages are handed over to local postal services, we are not responsible for further tracking. Non-Receipt: If you do not receive your order within 8 calendar days of the order date, please contact us immediately. Failure to notify us does not constitute acceptance of delivery. Customs and Delays: Any delays due to customs or local postal authorities are beyond our control, and we are not liable for such delays.

12. Payment

Payments can be made by credit card or invoice (subject to approval). Invoice Terms: Invoices are due within 20 days from the invoice date. Failure to pay on time may result in automatic late fees and potential suspension of further deliveries. Any additional costs incurred during debt collection will be charged in accordance with applicable law.

13. Shipping and Freight Charges

Shipping charges will be clearly disclosed during the ordering process. These charges may vary based on volume, destination, and shipping method, and include handling and packaging fees.

Promotions, discounts, and coupon codes are subject to the following conditions: Coupon codes are valid for one-time use per person and cannot be combined with other offers. Welcome offers and free trial packages may be limited to one order per person or two per household. Offers are subject to stock availability and are generally valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise. Promotions may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
